How am I doing?

I generated this AI image of Blake Albrecht, a character in my upcoming fantasy novel series The Chronicles of Elyndris a while ago, but the eyes have flaws in them and the ears look alien.

First, I pulled up the image on GIMP and redrew the eyes:

Then, I redrew the ears:

I’d have to look up a clothing and folds tutorial on how to best redraw the clothing to fix the flaws in those. I did this with the brush tool, smear tool, and heal tool. How did I do? Do you notice any other flaws other than the folds in the clothing that I can improve upon and redraw?
